Dayan\u0131\u015fma, Avrupa projesini tan\u0131mlar ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ahlaki zemin olu\u015fturarak mevcut ve gelecekteki krizlerle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in gerekli birli\u011fi sa\u011flar. Dayan\u0131\u015fma, Avrupal\u0131 gen\u00e7lerine daha iyi bir Birlik ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmek i\u00e7in anla\u015f\u0131labilir bir kapsam sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerin, ki\u015fisel, e\u011fitimsel, sosyal, sivil ve mesleki geli\u015fimleri i\u00e7in yararl\u0131 deneyim ve yeterlilikler kazan\u0131rken topluluklar\u0131n yarar\u0131na olan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade edebilmelerini ve b\u00f6ylece istihdam edilebilirliklerini geli\u015ftirebilmeleri i\u00e7in dayan\u0131\u015fma faaliyetleri ile ilgilenmek i\u00e7in kolayca eri\u015filebilir f\u0131rsatlara ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Dayan\u0131\u015fma Program\u0131 gen\u00e7leri, daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir toplum in\u015fa etmek, savunmas\u0131z insanlar\u0131 desteklemek ve toplumsal zorluklara cevap vermek i\u00e7in bir araya getiriyor. Yard\u0131m etmek, \u00f6\u011frenmek ve geli\u015ftirmek isteyen gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in ilham verici ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirici bir deneyim sunar ve Birlik (AB) genelinde bu t\u00fcr dayan\u0131\u015fma faaliyetleri i\u00e7in tek bir giri\u015f noktas\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6\u00e7menlerin entegrasyonu, \u00e7evresel zorluklar, do\u011fal afetlerin \u00f6nlenmesi, e\u011fitim ve gen\u00e7lik faaliyetleri gibi \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlar\u0131 kapsayan daha fazla ve daha iyi f\u0131rsatlar sunmaktad\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda ulusal ve yerel akt\u00f6rleri, farkl\u0131 toplumsal zorluklarla ve krizlerle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma \u00e7abalar\u0131nda destekler.<\/p>\n<p>The European Solidarity Corps aims also to complement the efforts made by Member States to support young people and ease their school-to-work transition under the Youth Guarantee3 by providing them with additional opportunities to make a start into the labour market in the form of traineeships or jobs within their respective Member State or across borders.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Dayan\u0131\u015fma Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n faaliyetleri, gen\u00e7leri i\u00e7in AB de\u011ferleri ve Avrupa kimli\u011finden esinlenerek, gen\u00e7leri aktif vatanda\u015f, dayan\u0131\u015fma temsilcisi ve Avrupa'daki topluluklar i\u00e7in olumlu de\u011fi\u015fim olmaya te\u015fvik eden\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/youth\/policy\/youth-strategy\/youthgoals_en\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/youth\/policy\/youth-strategy\/youthgoals_en<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h1 style=\"color: #9cb81c;text-align: left;font-family:Abril Fatface;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_bounceIn bounceIn\" >Objectives of the European Solidarity Corps<\/h1><div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_grey\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>General Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The European Solidarity Corps aims to promote solidarity as a value, mainly through volunteering, to enhance the engagement of young people and organisations in accessible and high quality solidarity activities as a means to contribute to strengthening cohesion, solidarity, democracy and citizenship in Europe, while also responding to societal challenges and strengthening communities, with particular effort to promote social inclusion. It shall also contribute to European cooperation that is relevant to young people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to provide young people, with the support of participating organisations, with easily accessible opportunities for engagement in solidarity activities effecting positive societal change, while improving their skills and competences for personal, educational, social, civic, cultural and professional development, as well as facilitating their active citizenship, employability and transition into the labour market, including by supporting the mobility of young volunteers, trainees and workers;<\/li>\n<li>to ensure that the solidarity activities that are offered to the European Solidarity Corps participants are of high quality, properly validated and respect the principles of the European Solidarity Corps;<\/li>\n<li>to ensure that particular efforts are made to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities, in particular for the participation of young people with fewer opportunities through a range of special measures such as appropriate formats of solidarity activities and personalised support;<\/li>\n<li>to contribute to European cooperation relevant to young people and raising awareness of its positive impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h1 style=\"color: #9cb81c;text-align: left;font-family:Abril Fatface;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_bounceIn bounceIn\" >Volunteering Projects<\/h1><div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_grey\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Volunteering<\/strong>, which is the main mechanism for promoting solidarity as a value, helps tackle important societal challenges and addresses the needs of local communities. It also enables young people to acquire experience, skills, and competencies useful for their <strong>personal, educational, social, civic, and professional development<\/strong>, thereby <strong>improving their employability and active citizenship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>They are full-time, <strong>free activities that last 2-12 months<\/strong> and in some cases can last for 2 weeks or more, allowing young people to assist organizations in their daily work. Young people can volunteer in projects involving social inclusion, environment, culture, and other issues in program countries or neighboring partner countries. <strong>There are two types of activities<\/strong> called <strong>individual volunteering<\/strong> and <strong>volunteering teams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual volunteering<\/strong> is <strong>2-12 months of<\/strong> solidarity activity. This kind of solidarity activity offers the opportunity to contribute to the daily work of institutions in youth solidarity activities, to the ultimate benefit of the communities where the activities are carried out. Participants can volunteer abroad or in their own country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volunteer teams<\/strong> are solidarity activities that enable 10-40 people from at least two different countries to volunteer together for a period of<strong> 2 weeks to 2 months<\/strong>. Such solidarity activities can contribute to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, especially in the European Solidarity Program. At least a quarter of the volunteers must come from a country other than the one in which the activity took place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In volunteering projects, participants must be 18 years old at the start of the event and not over 30 years old.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h1 style=\"color: #9cb81c;text-align: left;font-family:Abril Fatface;font-weight:400;font-style:normal\" class=\"vc_custom_heading wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_bounceIn bounceIn\" >How can I apply to be a volunteer?<\/h1><div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_grey\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>To participate in individual volunteering activities, young people need to register with the European Youth Portal <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/solidarity\">https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/solidarity<\/a><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">).<\/span> This portal is a channel used to deliver youth opportunities to young people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Register on the Solidarity Platform <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/solidarity_tr\">https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/solidarity_en)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0with an e-mail address you always use and the correct identity information. After completing the registration process, you will have a reference number.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After this process, you need to contact the host institutions and apply for their projects. You can use one (both) of the following methods for this:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">You can send your CV and motivation letter to the institutions in the EVS database <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/volunteering\/evs-organisation_en\">https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/volunteering\/evs-organisation_en<\/a><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">),<\/span> which is the old program of volunteering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">You can see the projects and details on the ESC Volunteering Projects page <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">(<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/volunteering\/project_en\">https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/volunteering\/project_en)<\/a><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0and apply them to the projects that meet your needs and criteria by using the filters you want, with your CV and motivation letter that you have previously uploaded to your user account through the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To volunteer as part of a project, you need a hosting organization and a supporting organization. The host organization represents the institution you will go to within the project&#8217;s scope, and the supporting organization represents the organization in your country.
