However, European Commission and Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsi\u00adble for any use which may be made of the information contained therein\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Public Statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to reduce the obesity rate by increasing the capacity in obesity,healthy nutrition, physical activity and health-psychology relationship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project\u2019s\u00a0duration is between 01\/08\/2019\u00a0and 31\/07\/2022.\u00a0The project\u2019s main activity is a youth exchange from programme\u00a0countries, a youth exchange to be held in K\u0131rklareli, Turkey between 19th of\u00a0July (arrival day) and 29th July 2022 (departure day), with the participation of 38 participants from Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Turkey. Each partner organization will be represented by 5 participants and 1 group leaders while Turkish organization is by 7 participants and 1 group leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>To develop<\/strong>&nbsp;knowledge and skills on obesity, causes and consequences, body mass index calculation;<\/li><li><strong>To improve<\/strong>&nbsp;their knowledge and skills on food types, portion quantity, and healthy meal preparation;<\/li><li><strong>To encourage<\/strong>&nbsp;obesity prevention by developing knowledge and skills on physical activity and calories, yoga, physical activity in daily life, hiking;<\/li><li><strong>To develop<\/strong>&nbsp;knowledge and skills on habit change;<\/li><li><strong>Creating<\/strong>&nbsp;a visual tool (photo and video album) and practical guide to support and promote a healthy lifestyle;<\/li><li><strong>To develop<\/strong>&nbsp;their creativity, initiatives and positive attitudes towards cultural diversity;<\/li><li><strong>To include<\/strong>&nbsp;young people with limited opportunities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the projects, participants will recieve\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youthpass.eu\/en\/\">Youthpass<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/europass.cedefop.europa.eu\/documents\/curriculum-vitae\">Europass CV<\/a>\u00a0and national certificate issued by Kiyikoy Municipality.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"NObesity, is prepared \u00a0within the context of Erasmus+ Youth Exchange and implemented by our informal youth group known as\u00a0Eco-Life Group, is funded by\u00a0Center for European Union Education and Youth Programmes (Turkish National Agency).
